Happy Sunday Everyone!
I am trying a few new recipes this week, along with a few favorites, so thought I'd share. Something I am going to be trying from now on is 1-2 vegetarian meals/week. Also working on a healthier (but just as tasty) menu that will please a semi-picky hubby and toddler. We have no food allergies or intolerances so if you have any to share, please do!

Sunday- Turkey and Zucchini Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Roasted Broccoli. I made this recipe as burgers last summer and it was *delicious* so am changing it just a tad for meatloaf.
Monday- Crock-pot Salsa Chicken with corn, served over brown rice. Work night for me, so I'll throw it in the crockpot at 0530, and it'll be ready to eat when we get home.
Tuesday- BBQ'd Steak, Potato, and fresh veggies (Sean's favorite for V-day)
Wednesday- Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup with a Green Salad. I've actually found two recipes that look good, so I am going to take a little from both and make my own. If it turns out I'll post the recipe online later in the week.
Thursday- Leftovers. Another work night so need something easy, and it doesn't get any easier than a quick reheat.
Friday- Pesto Shrimp Risotto with fresh veggies. One of Sean's favorites, and easy for him to make.
Saturday- Mah Na Mah Naan with Sweet Potato Fries and Green Salad. A fellow friend/blogger developed this one, so we will be trying it. I hope it's as much of a hit in this household as it is hers.
